Hyderabad: KLH Aziznagar Campus has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with WE Hub Foundation — an initiative of the Government of Telangana — to implement Cohort 2 of the WE-Enable Program. The agreement was formally signed by Dr. Ramakrishna Akella, Principal of KLH Aziznagar Campus, and Ms. Sita Pallacholla, Chief Executive Officer of WE Hub Foundation.

Structured Learning Pathway for Professional Growth

The WE-Enable Program is designed as a comprehensive professional development pathway rather than a standalone initiative. Through curated learning modules, industry mentorship, startup engagement, and virtual internships, students will gain hands-on exposure to real-world work environments and innovation-driven business models. The program aims to help participants convert academic knowledge into practical competencies while enhancing career clarity and workplace readiness.

Leadership Perspective on the Collaboration

Speaking about the partnership, Er. Koneru Lakshman Havish, Vice President of KL Deemed to be University, emphasized the importance of strategic alliances in shaping future talent. He noted that the collaboration with WE Hub will empower women students with industry-aligned skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and professional confidence from an early stage.

Dr. Ramakrishna Akella added that the initiative represents a significant step toward advancing women-centric skill development and entrepreneurial preparedness. He highlighted that the cohort-based model integrates structured skill training with experiential industry exposure, fostering solution-oriented leadership and innovation.

Strengthening the Startup Ecosystem

Beyond student development, the partnership is expected to contribute to the broader startup ecosystem by creating a pipeline of trained and work-ready talent. Startups associated with the initiative will benefit from student participation in live projects, strengthening the connection between higher education and enterprise development.

Academic Coordination and Future Vision

The collaboration was successfully executed under the leadership of Program Convenor Dr. Sai Sudha Gadde, along with faculty members and staff who ensured academic alignment and smooth institutional coordination.

KLH Aziznagar Campus continues to expand its network of academic and industry partnerships to enhance experiential learning and workforce preparedness. With collaborations spanning innovation platforms, institutions, and industry leaders, the campus aims to reinforce its role as a hub for academic–industry convergence and future-focused education.
