The company has received this award under innovation category.  The company’s innovative solutions have enabled millions of people to access essential financial services, bridging the gap between the financially excluded and the formal financial system.

Our core purpose is defined by “Customer Service,” emphasizing its dedication to providing accessible and efficient services to citizens and bank customers, especially those in the last mile. With a robust network of over 1 lakh touchpoints and digital platforms, the company ensures access to essential services like banking, insurance, and government procedures, particularly in underserved areas.

Assisted eServices provides support to citizens for utility or banking needs, ensuring widespread accessibility across 700 districts and 10,000 pin codes nationally.

Our approach is vital in serving rural communities, where purely digital access can be challenging. The company employs full-time team members in each district, who are trained to build and support an agent network.
